IESG-M52-4G

The same eight-channel LoRaWAN gateway with an LTE modem and a SIM slot, so it reaches the platform with no site network at all. Give it power and a data SIM and a LoRaWAN metering system is complete; give it Ethernet as well and the SIM becomes the fallback.

What it is

A LoRaWAN metering system that needs nothing from the site

Where there is no network to plug into, or the customer would rather you did not touch theirs, this carries its own. LoRaWAN meters in, one SIM out. It is the shortest route from a CT clamp to a dashboard, and the natural partner for the IEMTR-EM165-L and IEMTR-EM4423-L.

  1. Receives on eight channels from SF7 to SF12, the same radio as the IESG-M52
  2. Reaches the platform over LTE on a nano SIM, with 3G and 2G behind it
  3. Prefers Ethernet or Wi-Fi when they are present and falls back to 4G when they drop
  4. Powers from PoE or the supplied 12 V adaptor, so cellular backhaul does not mean a separate supply
  5. Keeps every connection outbound, so no fixed IP and no inbound rules on any network

Three LoRaWAN meters reporting to a gateway that reaches the platform over 4G, with no router and no site network. Power is the only thing the site provides. If Ethernet is present it uses that first and keeps the SIM as fallback.
Scenario 01 · no site network

A metering system in one box

Meters in, 4G out. For sites with no usable network, or where the customer would rather you did not touch theirs, this is the shortest route from a CT to a dashboard.

Scenario 02 · ethernet with fallback

On the LAN, with the SIM as insurance

Plugged into the site's Ethernet it prefers that route and drops to 4G if the wired connection fails, so a network change on the customer's side does not silently stop the readings.

Scenario 03 · outdoors

Outside on a pole, still on 4G

In the IESG-M52-ODK the SIM stays inside and the cellular antennas radiate through the enclosure, so an outdoor gateway needs only PoE from an injector indoors.

Delivered as yours

our name appears nowhere on it

Branding and finish

Your label on the case and the packaging, and your name on the local configuration page anyone on site would see.

Software and firmware

APN, frequency plan and network-server credentials set before it ships; with a SIM fitted it registers and comes online at first power-on. Open firmware underneath, nothing tied to a vendor cloud.

Documentation and support

A siting guide and a SIM checklist in your name, and a support route back to us that your customer never sees.
